Anamaria Bota is a graduate of the Faculty of Law of the Babeş-Bolyai University, specializing in European Union law, afterwards following the master’s degree courses in European Law and National Business Law at the same university.
Since 2010, Anamaria Bota is an external collaborator of the Babeş-Bolyai University, teaching seminars within the Constitutional Law discipline. Also, Anamaria Bota is the co-author of specialized books regarding the jurisprudence of the Constitutional Court but also regarding the respect of the property right from the perspective of the jurisprudence of the European Court of Human Rights.
Anamaria Bota carries out her activity in the field of corporate law, insolvency law, real estate law, civil and administrative litigation, also ensuring legal assistance in the procedure of debt recovery and forced execution. She also coordinates the activity of legal assistance and representation of one of the most important autonomous airports at the national level.
Anamaria Bota has been an insolvency practitioner starting from July 2018. Over the years, she has advised many companies in financial difficulty and has successfully assisted clients in complex and long-term insolvency and bankruptcy proceedings, acting both in representation of the interests of the debtor company, as well as of the creditors.

- Has represented numerous companies in the insolvency, restructuring or bankruptcy procedure, from various fields of activity, such as civil and industrial constructions, printing, security and protection, radio and television, transport. She also ensured the successful representation of the interests of insolvency practitioners in litigation initiated by creditors and debtors on how to exercise their powers.
- Has provided legal advice and assisted multinational companies in procedures for modifying their forms of constitution, representative bodies, while also ensuring their representation in disputes aimed at excluding associates, withdrawal from the company, renunciation of the mandate of administrator.
- She legally advised clients on development of real estate projects worth over 5 million euros.
- Successfully represented a former President of the County Council in a dispute initiated by the territorial administrative unit for the recovery of alleged damages.
- Represented former public officials in disputes initiated by the territorial administrative units aimed at recovering damages of over 100 million lei.
- Represented territorial administrative units in disputes deriving from public procurement contracts.
- Ensured the representation of legal persons in litigations regarding the violation of the fundamental rights.
Also, Anamaria Bota holds the position of President of the Legal Commission within the National Union of the Romanian Patronage, interacting with companies from various fields of activity and providing legal advice in order to protect the interests of over 1,000 members.
