Adela Tarţa graduated from the Faculty of Law of “Babeș-Bolyai” University in Cluj-Napoca in the 2018 promotion, also attending the courses of the master’s program in “International and Comparative Business Law” in English. Her professional training also includes attending courses and workshops in the field of commercial law or the right to freedom of speech.

Adela Tarţa has been a lawyer in the Cluj Bar Association since 2018. The areas in which she mainly specialises are: business law, trans border commerce law, administrative and fiscal litigation.

As notable milestones in her activity, we can mention: legal advice and/or representation for companies with over 400 employees and a turnover of over 50,000,000 lei; legal assistance and representation of clients in cases regarding protection of image rights; legal assistance and representation of clients in medical malpractice cases; participating in the successful negotiation of contracts with a value of over 1,000,000 EUR; representation in court of an autonomous airport authority; legal consultancy and representation for a leading IT firm; legal advice for shopping centres; legal assistance and representation for one of the largest advertising agencies in Cluj County; trademark registration, both nationally and internationally.

Adela speaks fluent English, Spanish and French at a conversational level.
